a2 in Rewind and Fast Forward – June 22

Fathers Day at a2 was full of plain, old fashioned FUN before and after the morning worship experience! Guys and gals were treated to Buffalo Rock Gingerale, Mug Root Beer, IBC Cream Soda, cookies and polaroids as they entered!

Then the action started with a great worship set from the band featuring the following songs:

You by Hillsong
You’ll Come by Hillsong
Where The Spirit of the Spirit of the Lord Is by Chris Tomlin and Christy Nockels

The band also rocked a2′s first ORIGINAL song, “When I’m In Need” written by Chris Miller and Eric Gay, and the vocal team killed it on an a capella number titled, “Change In My Life.”

Finally, Chris continued Proof of Life covering 1 John 2:28 – 3:10 with a message titled, CHANGE TEST. If you’ve missed any of the messages in this series, you can listen to them on the a2 Church podcast via iTunes or from the a2 website.

Parents Night Out: CHASE THE LIGHT

Looking for something exciting, fun and creative for your kids to do this Summer? Need a little break?

a2kids and a2sm are teaming up on Wednesday nights throughout the month of July to serve parents and provide kids with an amazing Summer experience! Every Wednesday night in July a2kids will host Parents Night Out: CHASE THE LIGHT — providing an awesome program for kids and a FREE NIGHT OUT for YOU!

Our theme for Parents Night Out is “CHASE THE LIGHT,” a series focused on helping kids live “in the light.” We’ll be walking through stories from the life of Jesus, some of the people He came into contact with, and how He changed their lives forever! This series is action packed, creative and includes loads of games and lots of fun!

a2kids: Check In + Email

At a2kids we really want to partner with parents! Here are two simple ways we can better serve the parents and kids of a2 Church.

a2kids Check-In:
To better serve you and your children in the area of safety and accountability, a2 Kids is pleased to announce that we have adopted the Lambs List Check-In system for a2′s Nursery, Preschool and K5-Grade 5 environments.

Lambs List will allow your children to be securely checked in and out of their Sunday morning activities. If your child participates in any of a2′s children’s environments, please accompany them to the check-in counter prior to attending the morning worship experience. Your partnership is so appreciated!
